The Engineer Behind the Rewards

At Paytm, I own the loyalty and gamification engine — the part of the app where users spin wheels, scratch cards, draw lucky rewards, and redeem coupons. My systems handle 10K+ concurrent users and process 1M+ transactions daily with 99.9% data integrity.

I architect fault-tolerant microservices using Spring Boot, Kafka, and Redis, with DB-level locking and synchronized queues for high-concurrency reward delivery. From the Ooredoo Maldives Super App to Panama Project coupon APIs — I build systems that don't break under pressure.
